This turned out to be a yummy little marinade!  I put this on our Salmon for dinner the other night, but I think this marinade would be delicious on roasted vegetables too!  Whip it up and let me know how you used it 🙂

Directions:

I melted coconut oil, whisked in a few turns of honey, added a couple heaping tablespoons of ginger and a dash of mustard powder.
